These 2 assignments were fun to do.Obviously the top one is about sustainability,the second one was to find a fairtrade or child labour logo and make it aussie.I stuck to a popular theme that is everywhere these days.

Today was my Dads 70th birthday, Here is the amazing cake I had made for him He is from Co Clare in Ireland,and follows the Clare hurling and Gaa with a passion. The cake had to be a Clare hurling jersey cake. Its got so much detail,and is super heavy.
