Christmas is over for another year,and how fast did that year go. I have been lazy and not doing very much since Christmas.I'm on holidays. I did decide to mess around with some old pics today. Have a look and see what you think.

Today was my Dads 70th birthday, Here is the amazing cake I had made for him He is from Co Clare in Ireland,and follows the Clare hurling and Gaa with a passion. The cake had to be a Clare hurling jersey cake. Its got so much detail,and is super heavy.

Its the 1st day of summer here in Sydney,and mother nature is making sure we know it. Here are a couple more from sculptures by the sea 2017.
